Where to use Fuel Eliminator?
Automotive workshop areas, petrol stations, driveways, motor engines and parts, road spills, boats and on all other water safe surfaces and equipment.
Use on any surface including metal, plastic, rubber, tar, paving and concrete.
How to apply Fuel Eliminator?
Forecourt Pressure Washing:
Dilute concentrate – Contact your Traderite Solutions representative for instructions.
Wet Forecourt surface. Fill spray gun bottle with product, with the required dilution. Liberally spray product onto relevant surfaces and allow product to dwell for 3-5 minutes. Agitate with a platform broom; pressure-wash; let surface air dry.
Spill Control:
Dilute concentrate – Contact your Traderite Solutions representative for instructions.
Liberally spray the mixture of product directly onto fuel and/or oil spill and allow the solution to remain on the surface for 1-2 minutes. Add a small amount of water and agitate the solution into the surface, in a figure 8 motion, with a S-shaped scrubbing brush. Do final rinse with water. The resulting non-hazardous waste will dispose into oil separation tank. The enzymes and microbes will keep on converting the oils and grease inside these areas, into carbon dioxide and water.
Spray-N-Wipe:
Dilute concentrate – Contact your Traderite Solutions representative for instructions.
Spray directly onto surface of pumps, nozzles, dustbins, islands, etc. and allow product to remain on the surface for 30-60 seconds. Then agitate with a scrubbing brush or scourer. Wipe clean with a microfibre cloth.
Windscreen wash:
Dilute concentrate – Contact your Traderite Solutions representative for instructions.
Fill product into 750ml Trigger Spray bottle. Spray two squirts onto windscreen and utilising a wet windscreen squeegee thereby agitating product across surface. Wipe excess water from sides of windscreen with a microfibre cloth.
Oil dipstick wipe:
Dilute concentrate – Contact your Traderite Solutions representative for instructions.
Spray a dampened disposable spunlace cloth with product. Wipe dipstick clean and cloth in a plastic bag for re-use.
(Re-use: The cloth can be utilised for up to two days by keeping dampened with product. Fuel Eliminator has now rendered this cloth into non-hazardous waste and it can be disposed of into general waste.)
What is BioRem 2000 Fuel Eliminator?
Bioremediation is the application of biological microbes for the cleanup of hazardous oil spills resulting in a safe, efficient and cost-effective solution.
Bioremediation uses microbes, enzymes, oxygen and other nutrients to transform oil into carbon dioxide and water.
BioRem 2000 Fuel Eliminator increases the surface area of the oil while the enzymes break down the contaminants into smaller molecules. The enzymes then attract the microbes (and consume the oil leaving only water and carbon dioxide as by-products. Once the reaction is complete, the enzymes break free to attach to another hydrocarbon source in order to repeat the same reaction.
BioRem 2000 Fuel Eliminator has a pH of 7 and does not have any odor or contain any corrosives or butyl. It prevents slip-and-slide accidents, by removing the oily film, leaving surfaces dry and oil-free.
